Ils sont indispensables \u00e0 notre survie et \u00e0 une bonne sant\u00e9. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes(1) ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019une partie importante de la population manque de vitamines et min\u00e9raux. Ainsi, en France, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50% des gens ne re\u00e7oivent m\u00eame pas la moiti\u00e9 de leurs besoins quotidiens recommand\u00e9s en vitamines ! Or, ces insuffisances d\u2019apports sont invisibles.
